Our hands-on training and development approach equips our associates with the tools needed to succeed in their careers.

What You'll Learn

Our strategic partners provide subject matter experts and dedicated trainers to keep you up to date on developing trends in today’s marketplace. From sales processes to accounting software, to detailing and paint correction techniques, all areas of the dealership can benefit from our academy courses.

New Hire Orientation

Year one begins with a new hire orientation, where you learn about our company, core values, and our approach to customer experience. These topics are key to your onboarding.

Our Processes

Next, associates get hands-on training in VINSolutions, our customer relationship management system, and CallRevu classes provide invaluable tips and best practices for interacting with our customers on the phone.

Once you’re comfortable with our systems and processes, our ’Selling to Social Styles’ series with Dave O’Brien can provide insight into how to best approach today’s customers.
