Our application is simple. Start by entering your personal information, then attach a resume and submit. You’ll automatically receive a prescreen survey for your desired position.
Next, the hiring manager will review your information. If it all looks good, you’ll receive a link to a Predictive Index survey. This survey is a personality assessment to see how you interact with others and how you handle different situations. Please note there are NO wrong answers!

The hiring manager will contact you via email, phone, or text message to schedule a phone interview. If all goes well, an in-person interview will be scheduled.
Since we want all parties involved to make the right decision, we may request multiple in-person interviews.
Wow, you made the cut! You’ve received an offer and now it’s time to send you through the background check process.
Here’s how it works. First, you’ll receive an email notification to authorize the background check process. Simply provide your personal information through the secure portal and hit “Authorize”. You will then receive an email to schedule your drug test. The system will suggest locations based on your address, but you can choose your preferred location for the test.
Once the background and drug test are completed, usually within 3-5 business days, you will be notified by the hiring manager concerning the next steps.
You’ve made the cut, passed the background check, and now it’s time to get started.
You’ll receive a new hire welcome letter via email to start the onboarding paperwork process, which includes your personal information, direct deposit details, and tax documents. Ideally, you will have this information completed by the time you start so you’re not stuck in a room filling out paperwork on your first day. Just remember to bring proper identification so we can verify your I-9.
